Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Newtact Lab Private Limited (OPC) when you use AskBell. By making an account or a form, you accept them.

Your account

• Sign in with a code sent to your email or phone, or with Google. Keep that inbox and phone safe: anyone who has them can sign in as you.
• An account can hold one or more businesses. Each business's owner decides who else can see its forms and answers.

What you may not do

• Collect answers you have no right to collect, or use them in a way the people answering were not told about.
• Ask for passwords, card numbers, government identity numbers or health details without a lawful reason and the respondent's clear consent.
• Offer rewards for reviews, or show a review request only to people who were happy. AskBell offers the review step to everyone, as Google's and the FTC's rules require.
• Run opinion polls on elections, or anything unlawful, deceptive, or meant to harass.
• Try to break, overload or get around the service's limits or security.

We may suspend a form or an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why.

Answers belong to you

The answers your forms collect are yours. We keep and process them only to run AskBell for you. You are responsible for telling your respondents what you collect and why.

Plans and payments

• The free plan costs nothing. Paid plans renew every month or every year until you cancel; prices include tax.
• In India, plans are sold by Newtact Lab Private Limited (OPC) through Razorpay. Elsewhere, by Thaja FZE LLC, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates through Stripe.
• When you cancel, your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. See Refunds.
• Going over a plan's monthly responses never stops your form. Every answer is kept; answers beyond 150% of the allowance are hidden until you upgrade or the month turns. See Subscriptions.

The service

We work to keep AskBell available and your data safe, with backups and checks around the clock, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes and law

We may change these terms; we will tell account holders before a change that matters takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
