Plans, renewals and cancellation
Version 1, in effect from 24 October 2026
AskBell has a free plan and paid plans. This page explains how paid plans are bought, renewed and cancelled.
Who sells your plan
- In India, plans are sold by Newtact Lab Private Limited (OPC) and paid through Razorpay.
- Elsewhere, plans are sold by Thaja FZE LLC, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates and paid through Stripe.
- In the phone app, if you buy through Apple's App Store or Google Play, the purchase is made with Apple or Google, and their terms apply to it. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account, not with us; refunds for it are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.
Card and bank details go straight to the payment company. We never see or keep them.
Prices
Prices are shown before you pay, and they include tax.
Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically, every month or every year, whichever you chose, until you cancel.
Going over your allowance
Each plan includes a number of responses a month. Going over it never stops a form: people can always answer.
- Up to one and a half times your monthly allowance, answers are shown as usual.
- Answers beyond 150% of the allowance are kept safely, but hidden until you upgrade or the next month begins. Nothing is deleted.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Plan & usage in AskBell, or, for an Apple or Google purchase, in your store account. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, and then it does not renew. Cancelling does not delete your forms or answers.
