Notice for respondents

This notice is for people who answer a form made with AskBell.

• Who asks: the business named on the form. It decides what to ask and what to do with your answers. It is responsible for them under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the "Data Fiduciary").
• Who keeps them: AskBell, run by Newtact Lab Private Limited (OPC), stores your answers for that business and processes them only on its instructions (the "Data Processor").
• What is kept: your answers, anything the form's link carried, your language and the time. A spam check confirms a person sent the form.
• What is not done: your answers are never sold, and never sent to advertising or analytics companies.
• Your rights: to see, correct or erase what you gave, and to withdraw consent. Ask the business first; if you cannot reach it, write to us and we will pass your request on and help.
