Delete your AskBell account
You can delete your account yourself at any time, on the web or in the AskBell app. It takes a minute.
On the web
- Sign in at askbell.app with your email code.
- Open Account at the top of Your forms.
- Under Delete your account, type DELETE and confirm.
In the app
- Open AskBell and sign in.
- Scroll to the bottom of Your forms.
- Tap Delete account and confirm twice.
Can’t sign in? Write to hello@askbell.app from the address you signed in with, subject “Delete my account”.
What is deleted
- Your account, your sign-ins and the phones that get your alerts: at once.
- A business only you belong to: its forms go offline at once, and they and all their answers are erased within 30 days. Any paid plan is cancelled.
- A business you share with others: it stays with them, and the next most senior member becomes its owner.
- Daily backups roll off within a further 30 days.
What is kept
Records of payments, for as long as tax law requires. Answers you gave to other businesses’ forms belong to those businesses: ask them.
